What made you choose Iconography as your eCommerce agency?
We are confident that Iconography have very credible experience in our area, which is independent retail. Their client list is impressive, and shows a broad scope of retailer size. They are also strong at using their industry experience to offer proactive solutions. We feel they offer outstanding value in terms of quality of product and cost, and bring with them a friendly, informal and flexible approach which is very attractive for us.
What was your experience of the web project?
It was a good one. The project moved at pace. The documentation was thorough, the communication excellent, and the quality of output when we first began testing was strong. We came in as planned on time and cost, which is not to be underestimated!
What do you think of our platform?
It is excellent. The CMS is Feature packed, and Iconography clearly use their vast experience to deliver a user interface that provides huge assistance to the end user, and enables us to manage our site proposition and customers easily. The front end delivers a strong UX to the site visitors, and we are confident that it will enable us to deliver a strong trading performance.
