This report provides you with a list of all stock discrepancies over time, both as a value (based on cost price) and stock quantity. These overages and write-offs are based on Stock Takes and manual inventory alterations, and are searchable by Store, Location and User.

Restrict Access to Stock Amends
In IXO Commerce, role based access privileges allow you to control exactly who has the ability to make changes; this reduces losses. Superusers assign the right to manually amend stock, ensuring that only appropriate staff members are permitted to write off stock.

As products are received in the warehouse, stock is instantly made available online and instore. Stock can be rapidly identified via barcode scanners, and reserved to existing customer orders for picking, packing and despatch, immediately on receipt of the purchase order.

Back to Back Ordering
Automatically create Purchase Orders for Made to Order items as the Sales Orders are placed. Multiple Sales Orders can be combined to meet minimum delivery thresholds and Purchase Orders can be held for manual review or sent automatically for fulfilment.
