What You'll Do

As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and success. You will:

Resolve Issues: Address client queries and challenges, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their business needs.
Manage Accounts: Understand clients’ business goals and tech requirements, providing strategic guidance with ongoing advice and support.
Oversee Projects: Scope, agree upon, and manage technical projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborate: Communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and internal teams.
