Having proven that we could handle both domestic and international eCommerce, Kingspan set us a new task; a high performing eCommerce site, delivered in both Polish and English.

Under the bonnet we'd already developed a digital operations platform – including a CRM for the Sales and Customer Service Team. The Polish team use it for order processing, managing credit limits, customer service, quotes and more.

With IXO Commerce, the Polish team were starting from a position of strength. When you add in the support of our excellent Account Management team, it's no surprise that the website has been such a success.
