We were thrilled to announce that we were finalists at the eCommerce Awards, and we're now over the moon to say that we won!
We were nominated for our disruptive EPoS offering, Iconography Instore. In recent years, we have noticed a change in the retail industry, with a growing need for a multi-channel approach, merging online retailing with brick and mortar stores. We knew that an ‘omnicommerce’ retailing experience was the perfect solution; we proudly launched Iconography Instore earlier this year with FootBalance.
David Sleigh (FootBalance Director) needed to have one system that encompassed online and instore retailing, with no third-party integration for the EPoS aspect. We knew that the problem could be solved with an ‘omnicommerce’ solution, where we would merge both online and offline into a single solution – Iconography Instore.
Iconography Instore is a responsive, agile and intuitive EPoS interface for smooth instore/face-to-face customer transactions - running on our eCommerce platform.
