London Lounge have just replatformed to IXO Commerce from our old system. Like all our clients, we've stayed in regular contact, and at the start of the year, they made their aspirations clear. Previously, their site had been non-transactional, but now they wanted to move into the world of eCommerce.

Although they were being offered a cut-price website from the company that powered their legacy retail system, Dale and the team knew they needed someone with real expertise.
