First off, the salespeople at Rifleman were stuck using an outdated POS originally designed for restaurants. Every day, they were forced to run time consuming workarounds for the simplest of functions. To cash up, they had to export a text file, then convert it to a spreadsheet and manually count up the individual transactions.
